Allegiate Gym

Allegiate has been a game changer for me. I’ve tried a good deal of strength training gyms and Allegiate is by far the best. The coaches are super helpful, the class size and structure is very conducive of building confidence in proper lifting technique and in building strength. I’ve noticed a huge difference in my strength, and improvements in posture, and balance and have seen diminished issues with previous back pain. The community is inclusive and supportive. The programming is also great and keeps things fresh. I appreciate their focus on safe movements and classes specifically geared towards helping you improve potential imbalances or weakness that can lead to injury. I would definitely recommend the gym to anyone interested in a solid strength training gym with an incredible community.

Allegiate is truly everything for me. Having spent several years in different gyms with limited results, I can confidently say that Allegiate stands out as the best strength training facility. The coaching is top-notch, and the other Allegiate members create an even better atmosphere. I've been a proud member for four months now, and honestly, I can't imagine wanting to go anywhere else.

Came for the gains. Stayed for the community. What Cody and Tim have done at Allegiate is something special. The programming is elite, the coaches are great, the merch is next level. While visiting the Los Angeles area for a week I was looking for a good gym so I could continue exercise even away from home. A quick search around the Redondo area led me straight to Allegiate and I’m glad I found it! Their staff are knowledgeable & welcoming, their members are friendly, and the workouts varied and challenging. All in all, exactly what I was looking for while traveling. If you value strength training in a high-quality group environment, drop by Allegiate. Thanks to Coaches Tim, Kirk, Corbin, Walter, Cody, and to staff Jake, Jacob and Cisco for being so great.

I’ve been a member of many gyms, and Allegiate is by far the best, most honest, and most enjoyable experience I’ve had thus far. The coaches are helpful in both assisting you as well as pushing you to strive for better in your workouts. For results that you can be proud of, I would highly recommend Allegiate.
